A crafty Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom player has built an extremely tall unicycle. Tears of the Kingdom lets players embrace their innate creativity and build a variety of vehicles to get around Hyrule. Since its initial launch, the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom community has shared hundreds of creations that stretch the game’s construction mechanics, and members of the community regularly share what they’ve made and even provide instructions on how to build these eye-popping vehicles.

In Tears of the Kingdom, players can build vehicles to explore the world of Hyrule so much faster. They are composed of a few materials and Zonai devices, magical machinery parts that can be found in Device Dispensers encountered in the Sky Islands. The sandbox nature of Link’s Ultrahand ability opens the gate for players to customize their vehicles and turn them into engineering marvels. For example, one Tears of the Kingdom player recently built an infinite electricity flying machine, and another produced an extendable snake mech.

On the game’s Reddit page, a user named divlogue shared their incredibly tall unicycle that is composed of a Zonai fan, a steering stick, a makeshift axle, and a stabilizer that keeps it from rolling over. The player seems to have combined a number of hooks fused to a Savage Lynel Shield to increase the length of the vehicle. They had to use three rocket shields to lift into the air and take control. The main component of this unicycle is the fan that produces angular acceleration. It’s one of Tears of the Kingdom‘s Zonai devices that can be used to improve vehicles’ capabilities.

This unicycle is an upgraded version of the vehicle divlogue shared on Tears of the Kingdom‘s Reddit page just a few days before. Both vehicles use a single wooden cart wheel and a Zonai fan, but the difference is that the taller version allows them to see the colorful world of Hyrule from above. In the comments, many players expressed their admiration for this amusing vehicle, with some suggesting the player drive it in the water.

Aside from Ultrahand, players have access to Tears of the Kingdom‘s Fuse ability, with which they can fuse certain objects together to build functional vehicles. Players can combine Zonai lights and a stone slab to craft an excavator, use a fan and a steering stick to make a simple sled, and any number of other creations. The fuse ability, which modifies how players employ construction materials, is a great addition to Tears of the Kingdom.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available now for Switch.
