Xbox Game Pass UI Concept Looks Incredible

As Xbox Game Pass becomes more popular, fans can look forward to awesome potential UI changes.

Xbox has been making some aggressive moves in the gaming community, and shows no signs of stopping any time soon. As Xbox Game Pass grows and evolves, the Xbox Team is beginning to envision what the next phase of the platform might look like, starting with an amazing concept for future Game Pass UI. Indeed, with so many great games coming to Game Pass, it is an exciting time to consider the next phase of gaming for the Xbox community.

Posted by Twitter user ‘Klobrille,’ a creative member of Xbox Game Studios, Activision Blizzard, and Bethesda, the Xbox UI concept prominently features the library of available content, splitting up the plethora of games by the companies which distribute them. An animated example accompanies the concept which, if it will truly be used, represents Xbox’s powerful influence over the current gaming market.

New things are on the horizon in the wake of Xbox’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Armed with a greater library of games, new subscribers, and different ways to play, Xbox is now at the forefront of the gaming industry and can thus create new experiences based upon what players desire from their content. And, now that Xbox One has been officially discontinued, Xbox Game Pass is a much more integral part of the Xbox ecosystem.

With more than 25 million subscribers on Game Pass, Xbox has a duty to provide a world-class experience. Fortunately, the new UI concept seems to push things in the right direction. With Bethesda, Activision Blizzard, Xbox Game Studios, and the ID @ Xbox content, it makes sense to split up available games by studio. The Xbox Game Pass UI design also features a tab for day-one additions to the platform, a decision which might hint at dedication to start featuring more exclusive content.

There are already some amazing games on Xbox Game Pass, with many more on the way. As games like Stalker 2 and Starfield come out, having a simple way to organize Game Pass would definitely come in handy. Indeed, the entire Xbox UI has changed a lot since it was overhauled when Xbox One was released. New user interfaces have put games at the center of the gaming experience, as they should be, and the concept for the next phase of Game Pass looks to do the same thing. As Xbox Game Pass becomes an even more prominent platform, players and fans can certainly look forward to the future with eagerness.
