Statues of The Seven have different functions in Genshin Impact, such as teleporting, healing and revealing new parts of the map. Recent updates have brought the region of Inazuma and with every new region, there is a new Statue of The Seven.
Collecting and offering Electrocules to the statue, better known as the Sacred Sakura Tree in Inazuma, grants various reveals. It seems like the new up update will bring additional benefits as a recent leak by a credible Genshin Impact leaker named Ubatcha1 revealed that the maximum Sacred Sakura level is set to be extended from 40 to 50.
In the two previous regions, Mondstadt and Liyue, submitting Oculus have given a Stamina increase, which was one of the main reasons for players to collect them as soon as possible. However, Inazuma’s Electroculus did not impact Stamina at all which is luckily compensated with precious Promogems. It seems as though there will not be changes to the remaining ten levels except that Primogems will get swapped for Intertwined Fates.
Many credible rumors have confirmed that the upcoming region will be Enkanomiya, even though many fans were hoping for the infamous Chasm to finally arrive. Recent leaks have revealed the map of Enkanomiya along with the teleport waypoints. The new region could work similarly to Dragonspine which has multiple layers of explorable land. There are also leaks predicting that the new region will work just like to the limited Archipelago region players had the chance to explore back in update 1.6. The Archipelago islands were accessible only by using a special type of transport which was a small ship.
Genshin Impact Version 2.3 has brought multiple additions to the content, especially to the game’s character roster. The first cycle brought the first double banner mechanic which allowed players to pull for two limited five-star characters at the same time, Eula or Albedo, while building up the five-star pity at the same time. The second part of the 2.3 update introduced two brand new Geo characters – the long-awaited DPS character Arataki Itto and his support Gorou.
Itto, Gorou and Albedo make a very strong Genshin Impact party with Itto as the main DPS, and the other two filling the support roles. Having a party of characters that use the same Element is usually considered bad, but it actually works with this party thanks to Geo’s unique Elemental reaction Crystalize which operates independently from all other elements. Adding another Geo support/sub-DPS character like Zhongli could make this team one of the strongest in the game since they can burst through any type of elemental shield.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
