Genshin Impact 3.6 Leak Reveals Four-star Characters For Nahida and Nilou Banner

A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed the three four-star characters that will arrive on the first banner cycle of update 3.6. The recently-held Special Program event for the next update already confirmed that the next Limited Character Banner will feature re-runs for two popular Sumeru characters, the Dendro user Nahida and the star of the Zubayr Theater known as Nilou.

Genshin Impact‘s 3.6 livestream event also confirmed that the second part of the next update will include two new characters, Baizhu and Kaveh. Baizhu will be a new five-star character while Kaveh has a lower four-star rarity meaning that players can acquire both of them by wishing on the same banner. The second banner cycle will also feature a re-run for the five-star Cryo user Ganyu.

Over the last couple of months, every Genshin Impact banner has included two five-star characters and three four-stars. Five-stars are much harder to acquire since they run on a 90-wish pity which guarantees a drop within 90 wishes. Genshin Impact‘s four-star units have a 10-wish pity, but the drop rate is divided between three characters. This means that it’s often harder to get a specific four-star character than the five-star that’s featured on the Limited Character Banner. A new post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed the characters that will join Nahida and Nilou in on the first banner cycle for update 3.6. According to the post, the first part of the next update will offer the following characters:

  • Nahida – five-star Dendro catalyst user
  • Nilou – five-star Hydro sword user
  • Layla – four-star Cryo bow user
  • Kuki Shinobu – four-star Electro sword user
  • Dori – four-star Electro claymore user

Many comments claim that they are surprised that all the featured characters are relatively new. The oldest playable in this unit is Kuki Shinobu who was released back in June 2021. She is a decent Electro support in Genshin Impact who can apply off-field Electro damage and provide a strong heal when needed.

Layla is another Genshin Impact support who can generate one of the most powerful shields in the game. Layla’s shield scales with max HP which means that players should prioritize this stat in their build. She also has decent off-field Cryo damage which makes her a good pick for team comps that rely on Cryo application.

At the moment, Dori is one of the best battery supports in the game. This is a special group of Genshin Impact characters whose playstyle revolves around generating Energy Particles for their party.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
