Fortnite Crew Pack for January 2022 Revealed

Epic Games confirmed the return of Fortnite villain, Snow Stealth Slone, in the January 2022 Crew Pack, which goes live for active Fortnite Crew members at 7 PM ET on December 31, 2021.

As fans know, Fortnite Crew Packs are a monthly exclusive bundle normally including an outfit and at least one matching accessory. Fans of the battle royale got a glimpse of what’s in the January 2022 Crew Pack in a trailer leaked earlier this month.

In the new pack, Doctor Slone fashions a new winter IO uniform and includes the Snow Stealth Hardcase Back Bling, the Sleet Spike Pickaxe, and matching the uniform, the Snow Stealth Wrap. She also gets an alternative shading to her uniform known as the Winter Sunset Style, adding some color to the otherwise snowy look. As a bonus, Fortnite Crew members will also receive the Golden Look Board Glider upon logging into the Fortnite Winterfest event occurring until January 6. The board gets its design from the Tier 100 Legendary skin, Midas, a villain first appearing in Chapter 2, Season 2 Battle Pass.

Although this pack information was leaked on December 15th by prominent Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey on Twitter, it’s interesting to see that Doctor Slone will be the first Fortnite Crew exclusive skin of the new year, following December’s exclusive Cube Assassin skin. New players planning to join the game before the end of the year, should know that signing up for the Fortnite Crew subscription before December 31 will reward them with the legendary Protocol Pack Back Bling, an evolving piece at different stages for a span of six months as the subscription continues, adding a pickaxe at month three.

Overall, the Fortnite Crew subscription comes with some awesome additional perks such as 1,000 V-Bucks, received every month, for the in-game Item Shop, as well as the Chapter 3 Season 1 battle pass. The battle pass includes iconic characters like Spider-Man, The Foundation who is voiced by and based upon Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s real life appearance, and more as players explore the new undiscovered island, its unique locations, and landmarks.

The new pack seems exciting as Slone is an interesting character in Fortnite, even sparking theories across fandom. Fortnite ceases to impress with every reveal made, whether it’s leaked or officially announced, such as the leak of the Matrix Resurrections crossover, surprising players with new things to look forward to.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
