While it might be hard for some fans to believe, Apex Legends has been out for over 3 years now. The popular battle royale game launched in February 2019, and since then, it has managed to add several new maps full of exciting locations. While the developers at Respawn often attempt to keep things exciting by changing and introducing new points of interest (POIs), some have remained largely the same over the years, such as Market.

As one of the original POIs seen on the Kings Canyon map, Market has become a recognizable location for many players. It is situated in roughly the center region of the map and is sometimes featured as an in-game hot zone. As a result, Market sees a relatively large number of squads visit during a match. However, despite this regular traffic, one player recently highlighted a secret about the POI in Apex Legends that few people likely realized existed.

In a video posted on YouTube, a popular Apex Legends content creator known as Skeptation pointed out that there are still secrets waiting to be discovered in the battle royale. Specifically, they revealed that there was a secret room inside the Market location on Kings Canyon. While some gamers probably already knew about the room, many were likely unaware that this area was actually accessible.

In a brief clip, Skeptation revealed that players could access this secret room by playing as the Legend, Loba. They broke down the steps necessary to access this usually off-limits area. According to the YouTuber, the key to getting in the room was using Loba’s Tactical ability, Burglar’s Best Friend. By carefully aiming the bracelet at a small opening in the wall, players could teleport inside the room.

While it was impressive that players could even enter this room in the first place, Skeptation noted that this area could serve as a strategic advantage during a game. While inside this secret room, there is a corner where players can stand that makes it impossible for enemies to shoot them. As a result, this is an excellent rat spot during Ranked games. In addition, when players want to leave the room, they simply need to throw their Loba bracelet back through the same opening that they used to enter.

It will be interesting to see how the developers at Respawn Entertainment respond to this exploit found in Market on Kings Canyon. While Skeptation notes that this secret room has likely been in the game for years, it could begin to be abused with more people now knowing how to enter the area. Time will tell how effective entering this secret room as Loba in Apex Legends proves to be.
